Return & Exchange Policy

At Furnishr, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and an exceptionally convenient delivery experience. Our turnkey solution includes services such as design, shipping, warehouse handling, installation, debris removal and project coordination. Incurred services are charged as part of the total package price. Fees for incurred services for your project cannot be refunded.

We understand that sometimes, circumstances may require you to return or exchange a product upon receiving it. Please review our detailed exchange and return policy below.

Exchange of products

  • If you would like to exchange a product with something else, we will work with you based on your preferences and assign the designer to select the replacement products, similar to the initial design process.
  • If there are price differences between the products, we will advise before proceeding with the exchange.

Return eligibility for each category of products:

Furniture:
  • The product must be in the same condition as the day of the delivery.
  • If you reject or cancel the product on or before the delivery day:
    • a 15% return or cancellation fee will be deducted from the product price. 
  • If you request the return after the delivery day and within 10 days after delivery date of the product:
    • a 15% return fee will be deducted from the product price.
    • a pickup fee of $150 will be applied.
  • If the product is part of a set, all products in the set need to be returned together.
  • The refund will be issued upon the receipt of the returned products.
Decor & Accessories:
  • The product must be in the same condition as the day of the delivery.
  • If you reject or cancel the product on or before the delivery day:
    • a 15% return or cancellation fee will be deducted from the product price.
  • If you request the return after the delivery day and within 10 days after delivery date of the product:
    • a 15% return fee will be deducted from the product price.
    • a return label will be provided for the item to be dropped off in a nearby location.
  • The refund will be issued upon the receipt of the returned products.
Move-In Kit Products:
  • The product must be in a brand new condition in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used move-in kit products cannot be returned.
  • If you reject or cancel the product on or before the delivery day:
    • a 15% return or cancellation fee will be deducted from the product price.
  • If you request the return after the delivery day and within 10 days after delivery date of the product:
    • a 15% return fee will be deducted from the product price.
    • a return label will be provided for the item to be dropped off in a nearby location.
  • The refund will be issued upon the receipt of the returned products.

Damaged or defective products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery and provide photos and/or videos showing the damages.
  • We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
