Our designer team works with you to determine what you like or dislike. We create a floorplan and create layouts for the rooms according to the dimensions. Piece by piece, we carefully curate the rooms with furniture and decor while balancing room flow, aesthetics, dimensions, colours, and of course – budget. We work collaboratively to customize the design to make sure it’s truly loved by you.

Then you can follow through on the plan yourself.

Or if you want, we can take care of everything for you, end to end.

  • Manage all the deliveries to our warehouses to reduce deliveries
  • Deliver it in one day to your home, setup and assemble all the furniture, and the part most forget about, remove all the packaging

The design fee is non-refundable, because real design work begins the moment you pay. That said, we have unlimited revisions so you are protected by our commitment to deliver a design you love. 

Absolutely! Your package includes a complete list of products you need. You are free to source everything yourself. If you prefer to have us handle all of it – purchasing, delivery, installation, debris removal – all in a single day, that option is available too.

Your initial design is typically ready within 24-48 hours for a single room and 48-72 hours for the entire home. From there, revisions are fast – usually delivered within a day. Most clients have a finalized design within a week. If you choose our full turnkey service option, your room or home can be furnished in 1-4 weeks after you purchase the final package.
